Ali's knowledge of concept designing through sketching , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Cad-cam demonstrates his consistent achievement of objectives, strong forecasting and analytical skills, and dedication to organizational goals with a track record of success improving sales and inventory performance to ensure profit turnarounds. Ali has experience with shoe / molds pattern making, Costing from sample to mass level, Production supervision, Production Planning. Ali has made Epoxy sole molds, last making / modifications, introduced latest skills of Leather sole / Sheet sole with international standards, (for Ali Asad SHOE designing, development & Merchandising is everything :) )
